Well a wins a win and to win ugly is a good sign.
Let's face it tonight was not a performance to remember, but we got the job done, had a clean sheet and are in the hat for the quarter final.
We beat manure at Old Trafford and narrowly lost out to top 4 PL teams - it's the FA cup anything can happen...!

Postivies have to be the clean sheet especially from a Bristol City side that usually have a few goals in them. We hadn't had a great recent record against them albeit in the championship. Played well in parts and could and probably should have scored a couple more.

This to me is the reason why the cup is a pointless exercise.

6 of the 8 are top half prem, with 5 being arguably top 6. All those rounds to probably end up with another top 6 winner to me seems a waste of time for every other team in the country.
