They've admitted that their goal should have been disallowed and ours should have stood and that is a big, big momentum changer for us.
Who cares?

Manure have been benefitting from dodgy decisions for years. It's about time some blew up in their face.

Can we have it admitted all the errors from last season that we suffered at the hands of VAR, that'd be nice. And irrespective. no ne suffered more from VAR/ bad reffering decisions than us last season. This season it seems we our just so unlucky with richochets off players that can go anywhere but always seem to go to the opposition who then go through on goal. Granted the latter is a different point.

Off the top of my head:

Leeds winner at the lane to their winger from our tackle, West Ham's goal blocked shot falls straight to Haller to finish, Spurs first goal off Kane, could have gone anywhere but goes to their man who shoots and from the corner they score, Brighton's equaliser off Bash (granted not great defending) staright to Wellbeck to slam home, Man City's was another this weekend although maybe Ampadu could have tackled stronger. Leicesters' first was another shot that could have gone anywhere but went straight to their man Tielimens to score, there's more I've probably forgotten. I can't remember a season like it from that respect.

I think even with the biggest Blades spectacles on, it is difficult to argue that the outcome for both incidents would be always be the same. I didn’t think their ‘goal’ should have been disallowed, but it was given. Billy, didn’t really touch him 😂. Fuck it we played well and deserved the win.

What Ole has said is the same as what our Chris would have said, decisions sometimes go for and against you. There’s no mention of him talking about being ‘victims’, that’s reserved for those cunts West of Manchester, they are the true victims of everything .

Disgraceful - "The Premier League's VAR team looked at both incidents at the time and in both instances felt it was better to go with referee Peter Bankes' on-pitch decision."

Anyway, Billy tripped over Jag's leg and I'm sorry, but if a player jumps for the ball with his back to the goalie, makes contact with the goalie and causes the goalie to fumble the ball, it's a foul.

It makes bugger all difference to our momentum unless the record books are being changed with a new scoreline and the points are taken away from us.

OGS will be asking Wilder for a replay next.

If your referring to City you mean East surely? Or am I confused😕

The annoying and wrong thing here us that it gets its own story on the BBC website. There's a slight but constant and relentless narrative pushed which always just gradually blows the way of the top sides, a hint here, an admission there. Just enough to keep a nagging doubt in the mind of those in charge that these things shouldn't go against the likes of Man Utd too often....fuck em the whinging cunts.

Week in, week out there are decisions way more controversial then either of these 2. This is a sickening display of appeasement. There’s an argument for and against either decision, and as has already been brought up by others, theirs wasn’t a disallowed goal. The whistle had gone before they stuck it in. You’d think of all clubs, Man Utd would be embarrassed to make a fuss about decisions going against them.

If that is the case, I think it’s only fair that we should replay the game.
Let’s have a vote on it.

It's utter bollocks this. It was a clear foul on Rammers by the slabhead.
Maybe Billy was using his experience but far form a clear and obvious foul when you look at all the stuff that goes on at any corner ever taken!

Does that mean Manchester United get awarded a penalty for the next five games? Its nice that Solskjaer doesn't like bringing this subject up, whist talking about it yet again five days on.

Burke being clearly pulled back by Arsenal centre half holding his shirt when we lost 2-1 this season. Ref didn’t even give us a free kick never mind a yellow or red card for Arsenal player.

Who was the match delegate then? does he attend the actual match? did he have a red scarf round his neck?
Somebody kindly report to Olly I disagree with the said delegate, pathetic point scoring big boy tactics.

I think ref/VAR got both right and so did the ex referee on BT Sport, can't remember his name.

What are the rules with protecting the goalkeeper?

I saw the QPR goalkeeper blatantly push a Watford player in the back with both hands and nothing given. Surely if that was a QPR defender pushing it's a pen.

The Blades have been shafted so many times since promotion.

They didn't even get their usual mandatory penalty.
Manure should sit on the sad seat and have a good cry!

it is ridiculous this. man utd crying because 1 decision went against them. this is like Tyrone mings shouting his mouth of at man city when they were "robbed". despite any idiot with a semblance of offside rule. knows that as soon as opposition player touches the ball offside stops being in play as its a new phase. but when Southampton denied a stonewall penalty in 1 of the most shockingly bad VAR Decisions ive seen this season. his silence is deafening

same here, ole not moaning when it goes for him is he & also he is conveniently forgetting he was fortunate. because Maguire shouldve given a penalty for man handling Jagielka with both hands. which is another funny thing from the pandemic. he cant hug his relatives but he can hug jags from every corner

If De Gea had felt even the slightest shove from Sharp he'dve been all over it and claiming the goal shouldnt have stood. The fact not 1 single Man U player instantly appealled for the goal to be disallowed and a free kick awarded to themselves speaks volumes and says all i need to know about the incident. I do think that the decission to disallow Man U's goal was wrong tho, but like everyone says, its about time a dodgey decission went for us for once....and against Man U 🙂

I spotted the match delegate sat in the stand.

De Gea never appealed at the time. They can come "woe is me" as much as they like.

To suggest both were wrong is frankly bullshit.

Billy hardly touched De Gea and when you look at it in real time, De Gea is miles away from the ball. Him claiming it is very unlikely. He probably should have stayed home or come out far sooner. He would have been in no man's land regardless of any contact with Billy.

Certainly nothing obvious or VAR would definitely have acted.

Blatant appeasement.

What about the Leicester winner at home? The foul on Egan was blatant yet there wasn't a word about it. So I don't see how Billy's contact can be suddenly seen as a foul.

I'll certainly raise you in the 90s them scoring from a cross where the ball was already out of play and Gabrielle Heinze not giving away a pen and getting a red card under Warnock so they can jog on.

Then what about all their penalties? All stone wallers were they? The delegates can hopefully go back and tell them half their penalties were soft as shit and should have have been given.

I do think Ramsdale should have done better with that one, although he had a very good week. He kind of fumbled it but once airborne you can't deny any contact would have destabilised him a little.

I thought both should have stood. But Billy also needs to learn his lesson and take this as a warning. We can't be losing good goals chalked off to VAR because you think you are doing a favour by giving a subtle nudge.

If the delegate is coming out for Man U on these ones he's set himself up to be busy for the rest of the season.
