The people we attract might, but old school like us, I wouldn't think so.

We don't do it for the glory, although it's nice when it comes. I've had some quality times, met some quality people. Thats so much more than trophies, being owned by Etihad or the like. It's a fucking calling.

True dat. Look at the difference Norwood has made over the past two games when he stops pinging it and starts threading it. He was involved in Burke's goal and Sharp's the week before, by accurately finding feet rather than launching it. it's what Sharp, Burk and McGoldrick need. Lunny too. And I just hope John Fleck v2020.1 turns up today.

Like I say, if we can hold onto the ball today, make and find space and deny Citeh possession (fuck me, what a task that is) then we may just come away from this game at least unbeaten. I'd hazard a guess a fair few of those City fans that were insisting as they faced that chanp league ban that it was a big conspiracy to keep them down (yes, it was all a big consiracy because the spending limit thing was for everyone but city obviously) are also the same ones coming out with crap about how much theyve taught us all. They also picked which team they'd "always supported" a couple of years ago after checking the league table.

Not likely to happen but I'd love us to dink them with a really shitty win. Frustrate them for 90 mins and then Burke to knock one in with his nob end snooker cue style in the 92nd minute.
