Maybe we should have gone for “ Son of Sam “before dum pigsgot him
I mean he’s doing an excellent job of putting 10 men behind the ball , scoring 1 goal and getting draws
But big sam and his grubby back handers would have been much better I mean he plays 10 men behind the ball and unless you score early against them your almost guaranteed a point of hit and hope prehistoric football
And I’ll be surprised if he keeps WBA up but that’s just my viewDon't forget his sidekick little Sammy Lee. Big Sam and little Sammy must laughing all the way to the bank that they've managed to con another ownerLooked extremely similar to how Chris sets up against every team we play- Sam got lucky with the draw. Its not really competing, more surviving and praying.
The tactic is failing us badly, it really is time to 'give it a go' yep we'll get smashed in a few but it's got to be more entertaining and possibly lead to a better aggregate.
Big Sams a dinosaur we are better off with CWAK- few additions and I can see these players doing well in the champ.. maybe getting Chris back in Prem at first attempt.
I’m not sure if you’re joking. What part of what I said reminded you of McCabe?I think you are confused mate. The Prince is not McCabe.
Brentford and Norwich were the two clubs I was thinking about, yeah.Exactly how I feel what we’ve been doing by buying a lot of these younger players
If only another club did that , mmm isn’t that Brentford’s approach, hasn’t done them any harm ,
I’ve said it all along , and some may differ but most of who’ve we’ve bought are top end championship players , look at our strikers and how they got on in that league, mostly designed to get us back up if / when we went back down
Unfortunately for us this was the year to stay up because next season with the money earned we could have then realistically pushed on and signed the players that could have cemented us in this league
We’ve not broke the bank , are financially secure and are investing in good up and coming players for the future wether there with us or elsewhere that’s the question
Does he have a better win % than Wilder?King Sam.

That’s what I thought ya meant dc , unearth those gems everyone was praising CW/ AK about , for the last few seasonsBrentford and Norwich were the two clubs I was thinking about, yeah.
You buy, say, Berge for £20 million, get two great seasons out of him, improve him, sell him for £40 million and reinvest. I think that was the vision behind the Berge, Brewster, and Ramsdale signings. That's how a club without rich owners might try to cement themselves in the top 25-30 clubs in the country.
Who’s going to buy our ‘gems’ at £40m at the end of the season? That’s what I thought ya meant dc , unearth those gems everyone was praising CW/ AK about , for the last few seasons
moose last year , Hendo the last few , etc etc
Football unfortunately is a business now and if we don’t want to end up like dum pigsyou have be willing to make sacrifices and sell players every once in a while
Does he have a better win % than Wilder?
I thought they got lucky against Liverpool, it was so boring to watch.
On another day Liverpool smash them with those ancient tactics.
Please Egan -JOC aren’t worth that much ?Who’s going to buy our ‘gems’ at £40m at the end of the season?
Not really; Ones knee is in pieces, one is the lynchpin in a defence that could break the Derby record. Sander is a maybe if a Norwich or Bournemouth fancied a punt on the way past? Please Egan -JOC aren’t worth that much ?
Sander probably at cost price
Maybe GG at a couple of mill
I suggested that several weeks ago. We’ve got the makings of a Pulis squad.Let’s get Pullis in.
As good as Sam and probably cheaper.
4 nowt down to Leeds at half time, makes your post a little silly my little pigletJust watched a masterclass at Anfield. Sat back in the first half, more adventurous in the second. Bullish on the touchline. Such a contrast to Wilder who trots out the same excuses every week. We missed out big time. He's the only manager who could have saved us. Far too much sentimentality at our club.

Unfortunately we are losing so he'll be posting something silly later.4 nowt down to Leeds at half time, makes your post a little silly my little piglet

4 nil down at half time and he brings on a defender for an attacker, suppose it worked cos he kept Leeds down to 5.Did you see the Big Sam masterclass tonight
I would. Sacking the manager when you aren't doing well is very fashionable these days, but it doesn't always work and isn't beneficial for long-term stability. I'd rather have a motivated manager who knows the club inside-out who doesn't have to fear for his job after a few bad results, or even after relegation. Not everything (injuries, bad luck, poor officiating) is down to the managerSome 'fans' would rather we went down with Wilder than stay up with Allardyce
