And I’ll be surprised if he keeps WBA up but that’s just my view

Looked extremely similar to how Chris sets up against every team we play- Sam got lucky with the draw. Its not really competing, more surviving and praying.

The tactic is failing us badly, it really is time to 'give it a go' yep we'll get smashed in a few but it's got to be more entertaining and possibly lead to a better aggregate.

Big Sams a dinosaur we are better off with CWAK- few additions and I can see these players doing well in the champ.. maybe getting Chris back in Prem at first attempt.

Don't forget his sidekick little Sammy Lee. Big Sam and little Sammy must laughing all the way to the bank that they've managed to con another owner

Exactly how I feel what we’ve been doing by buying a lot of these younger players
If only another club did that , mmm isn’t that Brentford’s approach, hasn’t done them any harm ,
I’ve said it all along , and some may differ but most of who’ve we’ve bought are top end championship players , look at our strikers and how they got on in that league, mostly designed to get us back up if / when we went back down
Unfortunately for us this was the year to stay up because next season with the money earned we could have then realistically pushed on and signed the players that could have cemented us in this league
We’ve not broke the bank , are financially secure and are investing in good up and coming players for the future wether there with us or elsewhere that’s the question

I would. Sacking the manager when you aren't doing well is very fashionable these days, but it doesn't always work and isn't beneficial for long-term stability. I'd rather have a motivated manager who knows the club inside-out who doesn't have to fear for his job after a few bad results, or even after relegation. Not everything (injuries, bad luck, poor officiating) is down to the manager

People have very short memories. When was the last time (pre Wilder) that we sacked a decent manager after a poor run of form, and the new bloke hit the ground running? Sacking Adams and getting Wilson in is the closest we have come in recent times, though Wilson didn't get us promoted. Sacking Warnock and hiring Robson was a disaster. So was sacking Blackwell and hiring Speed, then when relegation was looming bringing in Adams, not to mention sacking Wilson and hiring David Weir, and sacking Clough and bringing in Adkins.

Wilder is a fantastic manager and a perfect fit for the club. He hasn't become a shit manager overnight, and will learn a lot from this campaign. There's no one I would rather see in the dugout next season

For those keeping count of the Big Sam effect, they've taken 4 points out of 21 since he took over.

This is broadly in line with the points per game ratio of Slaven Bilic.

Having said that, he has brought in the typical miserly Big Sam defence. They've had losses of 5-0 (twice), 4-0 and 3-0.

CAN'T BELIEVE WE DIDN'T GET BIG SAM WHEN WE HAD THE CHANCE!!!!!! Typical Bladey Blades passing up survival with Big Sam over relegation with Chris Wilder.

Edit: Forgot that he'd at least give them a cup run. Great scrappy loss at Blackpool.
