Always find it embarrassing players wifes/girlfriends coming out and criticising the manager or a club. Imagine if any of us in jobs had our Mrs tweet criticism of our employer! I'dd tell her to wind her neck in and not get involved in my employment.

If I was Wilder regardless of the mess we are in, or any manager, I would be telling the players' families they need to shut up. It's unprofessional and childish. It's a game of professional football not u10's when your Mum might question the coach for not giving our Billy 10 minutes as a sub.

Was it the painkillers that caused him to do the 'swan-dive' that caused his injury? Maybe they were responsible for him embarrassingly diving tonight to try and con the ref pathetically tonight. Do they stop him from closing down, running at anything more than a 'jog', or completing a simple 5-yard pass?
But you're right, the others aren't 'killing it'. It's embarrassing and we - as fans - are hurting. They've had the plaudits, the social media adulation, and the pay rises, they're now getting the criticism that comes from a complete lack of bollocks and us having to live with the legacy they are creating.

The fact that McBurnie has enough desire to play for us that he takes painkilling injections to mask injury issues unfortunately does not detract from the main issue in that he is an appallingly ineffective striker at this level.
