Well done to the "real Blades" who booed Billy off today. How immature. Top player, 100% Blade and what a star we've missed out on so let's keep cheering the megastars who let us down week in week out but make sure that we boo somebody who was let down by the club and who certainly never let us as supporters down.

I think his celebrations were what riled most people.

He's got every right to celebrate scoring for his employers... but then the fans of his supposed first love have got every right to tell him they aren't happy about it.

And he wasn't half bloody milking it at times.

Hahaha. Top player? Star?

51 games - 8 goals does not put him in the category of the above.

As for a 100% blade, could you celebrate like fuck and then taunt your own fans in the way he did BEFORE being booed?

Bothered? He might have grown up a fan, but he was a poor player for us as well as being a grade A diver.

He gave it out and he needs to expect some back. I'm more worried when fans boo our own players.

we don't normally boo ex players whoever they are.. i thought we had a bit more class

It's more embarrasing listening to people abuse the lads still in red and white for me.

If he's going to gesture at the fans all second half then he's going to get some stick back. And lets be fair it's only a bit of pantomime where Billy is concerned.

He dove for plenty and riled the fans up, he's a big lad am sure he can take it.

Couldn't agree more.

I laughed my tits off when Bartley put Sharp on his arse.

Awww, the bigger boy was bullying him :D

Still managed a couple of goals though didn't he? Pity he couldn't put him on his arse when it mattered ;)

I'm kinda glad he didn't put him on his arse as he was running up to take the pen :D

Well he'd have got sent off but you never know, it might have put him off a bit.

Doesn't really bother me.

If he's going to make gestures to the crowd then feel free, but he's doing it knowing he was never good enough to play for us.

I didn't go to the match today expecting to boo Billy but his antics today deserved it, so boooooo!

Plus he was awful for us and deserves bugger all goodwill for his record at BDTBL.

why are you gloating to blades fans about an opposition player scoring against us you absolute chopper. he was crap for us so why people hold him up as some missed opportunity I'll never know, he had too major opportunities to do it and didn't! good riddance.

I only think he celebrated because of the abuse he got. Good on him for me...

I support Sheffield United of today, not ex - players. And especially ones that score against my beloved Sheffield United. Feck him, he's gone and scoring against your team.

Imagine the grief he'd have got if he'd actually been any good when he played for us.

Mind you, if he'd been any good in the two times he'd been at United he'd not have been sold to Scunny and Donny.

Ex-player, did next to fuck-all here, didn't do enough when he was here. Not bothered if he gets booed or not.

Too right. He is history now, hardly a legend of the lane

Let's face it, is any football player a proper fan of any club?

They never spent their Saturday's freezing their bollocks off watching "their" team play. They spent their Saturdays playing themselves.

Take Micky Adams' interview on Radio Sheffield earlier "I played for the Blades youth set-up but after I went to Gillingham, I've hardly been back in the city."

Brought it on himself. If he's such a big Blade then he wouldn't have gone off like he did.

Prat!!

yeah 100% blade - obviously, could tell that the way he celebrated his goals.......oh and being such the HUGE blade that he is, how about the way he was throwing his arms up like a netball player demanding the ball for that penalty he took.....yeah only ''True blades'' do things like that against the team they claim to love.
Or.............when he booted the dugout when the final whistle went as donny didnt win??
you clown, wake up, the only thing that fat c**t supports is himself.

He is nothing to do with this club, he had his chances, which he never took when he was playing, and granted he fell out with blackwell, but it was still his decision to go to donny was it not? (not that he has been setting alight the championship this season with them either eh?)
