The 38 goal pairing from the Championship, that hasn’t had a sniff in a year and a half !!
38 goals in the Championship. That's why. Different ball game in the PL unfortunately.

we hoof it because mcburnies in the side if he doesnt start that option goes whatever system we play and no doubt it will be 352 but even with that system i would play 2 from brewster burke or mousset and bring mcburnie on if were chasing game then we can play longer the mcgoldrick mcburnie combination isnt gonna keep us in the premier league imoNo point in playing any of them unless we stop hoofing it up field aimlessly and speed up our build up play to utilise their pace.
And you know that for a fact. Don’t you ?38 goals in the Championship. That's why. Different ball game in the PL unfortunately.
As per, my blend of what I think Wilder will go with and what I'd like to see given our injury situation
WILDER
Ramsdale
Basham - Egan - Ampadu
Baldock - Berge - Norwood - Fleck - Osborn
McBurnie - McGoldrick
Bench: Verrips, Jags, Robinson, Lowe, Lundstram, Burke, Brewster
vs
ME
Ramsdale
Basham - Egan - Jagielka
Baldock - Berge - Ampadu - Fleck - Osborn
Brewster - McGoldrick
Subs: Verrips, Robinson, Bogle, Norwood, Lundstram, Burke, Sharp
Regardless, if we are not winning by 60mins, Burke HAS to come on against his former club
And who's the zone? What has Ramsdale done wrong other than possibly the second at Chelsea when he expected Lowe to sort it?
His saves / match stats put him in the top half of the premiership and he plays behind a far inferior defence to the one of previous seasons yet you prefer an unknown untried keeper?
In addition Norwood is having an absolute mare, sharp used to be a decent player and moose will never ever be a link man?
Max Lowe is just not ready I'm afraid. He doesn't look particularly comfortable on the ball and gives it away needlessly. I'd expect Stevens to come straight back in if he's fit, but if not, I think Osborn should play LWB.
Clearly Wilder doesn't feel it's appropriate to start Jags unless absolutely necessary, so I've a feeling Robinson will feature again at LCB. It's a shame really as I just feel a little more of an experienced head at the back might be what we need at the minute. Billic doesn't seem to have a problem playing the equally ageing Ivanovic at CB.
I am starting to see what a whole lot of Blades have been seeing regarding Norwood in midfield. He's slow, sluggish and gets bullied far too easily so if Amps is fit, he should start at CDM instead.
Berge right and Fleck left in the middle. Has to be. We haven't got anybody else.
It'll be interesting to see if Moose is fit and it'll give Wilder another selection headache. For me, if he's 100% fit and ready to go, he goes straight back in no question. I'm not expecting fireworks from the off, but we've really missed his pace up top. It's just a matter of who you play alongside him. I'd argue that Didz looked off the boil v West Ham and should probably be benched. I reckon it'll be Brewster or McB partnering, but I still can't fathom what Burke has done wrong to not get a run in the side. If he doesn't start, and we're losing/drawing after 60 minutes or so, he's absolutely got to make an appearance for me.
This is what I'd do:
Rammers
Gorgeous
Bash
Egan
Robbo
Enda
Amps
Berge
Fleck
Moose
McB
Subs
Verrips
Osborn
Lunnny
Norwood
Brewster
Didz
Burke
I can appreciate that it hasn't been tried from the start in the PL, but surely there must be a reason for that? And you know that for a fact. Don’t you ?
Bearing in mind this pairing HAS NOT been tried, that’s a pretty unconvincing statement. IMHO.
UTB
Ramsdale is what we call a window cleaner keeper and does not fill the defence with confidence with his lack of communication as you can see with our defensive blunders! So give Verrips a go why not? Sharp still our only real stalwart for being in the right place at the right time and Mousset is worth trying as a link man! Why not! What has Ramsdale done wrong other than possibly the second at Chelsea when he expected Lowe to sort it?

Cos our other options have had the oppo craping their pants !!!I can appreciate that it hasn't been tried from the start in the PL, but surely there must be a reason for that?
Could it be that 34 year old Sharp and a 32 year old McGoldrick don't really strike fear into 90% of PL defences?
I wish I knew the answer, but there must be a reason it hasn't been tried.
It just seems bizarre to some of us how players like McBurnie, Brewster, Lowe can consistently not turn up but still have a starting berth.Could it be that 34 year old Sharp and a 32 year old McGoldrick don't really strike fear into 90% of PL defences?
I'm not with you on this at all. Brewster didn't start the last game. Lowe has barely had a handful of starts. McBurnie only came back into the starting line-up last week. What makes you think they have solid starting berths? Irrespective of the fact that you can't just chuck players in and out if they have one sub-par performance, I don't think any of those players you mention have nailed on starter spots. It just seems bizarre to some of us how players like McBurnie, Brewster, Lowe can consistently not turn up but still have a starting berth.
I'd rather see brunt there than lunwank. Final nail in the coffin (for wilder) against wet spam. Should've been bombed out weeks ago for me.Rudders
The obvious zone in his formation is Berge but his team is not my solution snd I have pointed out why I do not expect it to work
If pushed and I assume Ampadu and Stevens are out
I would go with
Ramsdale
Baldrick bash Egan Robinson Osborn
Lundstram ( because he is only option) Berge fleck
Burke Brewster
I think we'll see Lowe drop out of the starting XI on Saturday. I'd argue he doesn't warrant a place on the bench either. There's other (and better) options in our squad. It just seems bizarre to some of us how players like McBurnie, Brewster, Lowe can consistently not turn up but still have a starting berth.

Regardless, did he press? Nope. Did he harass? Nope. Did he do anything of note off the ball? Nope. He's got a single pass to his name. Needs game time to see what he's about but hopefully will show what he's about against "lesser" opponents.Brewster has started 3 games against the 3 best teams in the league what a load of BS nonsense
The BS nonsense you refer to was the manager playing him in those games.Brewster has started 3 games against the 3 best teams in the league what a load of BS nonsense
He / She can’t !!The BS nonsense you refer to was the manager playing him in those games.
Except the BS you just came out with expecting a player who has been selected to not produce anything because it's "the 3 best teams in the league".
Just stop and think about what you have written before you post it you come across as an utter idiot. Apologies if you are and can't help it.
