Anybody got any clues as to why he doesn't even make the bench?

Not good enough?

Injured?

Wilder seems happy for Basham to cover right back and bring on another centre half. Was the same last season. Personally I think this should be changed, do we really need both Robinson and Jags on the bench? Bogle probably feels a little left out.

Think he has a slight knock when signed and judging by comments made by ( I think lowe )on signing their fitness and training is well behind ours so guess its taking him longer to get up to speed
Although wilder did mention he was close to playing v Fulham but didn't want too much inexperience

I think it's down to his inability to cover more positions.

We need Jagielka as if Egan goes down we have no reshuffle option on the pitch to cover for him.

J Robinson covers LCB & LWB which essentially also means he covers LCM as if Lundstram gets injured Osborn can be pushed up.

It's sad for Bogle, but I do get it. I was advocating him getting his first start yesterday but then Baldock turned in his best performance of the season.

Bogle is putting pressure on Baldock which is good as Baldock wasnt too clever previously.
Wilder brought Bogle in to put pressure on Baldock and even take his shirt.
Some Derby friends of mine do rate him ,hes very attack minded .Still only a kid so he has time on his side.
The thing which stands out with our recruits is the age,all young players who can be developed.
Could mean we bite the bullet this season,if we can stay up I think the future is bright

Wilder has already said he is close to starting. We don't usually have specialist cover for rwb on the bench. Baldock was a lot better though last night

Baldock was better against Liverpool but was still guilty of ball watching for the first goal.

Bogle and Lowe remind me of when the two Kyle's came into the team and everyone was raving about Naughton but Walker turned out to be 'the one'!

Don't know yet which of these two are likely to shine, hopefully both!

But he does cover 2 positions, RWB and RCM. If we assume the midfield is Ampadu at DCM and Berge RCM, then the 3 of them cover positions;
Bogle RWB and RCM
Berge R&D CM
Ampadu DCM, CB & RCB

That’s pretty strong cover for 3 players

I feel we really shouldn't be happy with a defeat against Liverpool. Still only one goal from open play in 6 games. Please watch the video to see how I think we can fix this. Thanks all the best Gozza.

I've wondered the same thing as to whether Bogle can cover RCM but I'm not sure if he can. It's quite a physically demanding role & I'm also not sure what Bogle's ball retention skills are like.

This coupled with Ampadu and Stevens

Bogle cannot cover RCM his best attribute is his pace and ability to take a man on added to that he has by all accounts improved his defensive work but he can not dictate a game in the middle of the park.
