Not sure what’s changed? We look pretty limited, can’t get much going, little cutting edge ...

Nothing goes down the wings anymore. Overlapping CH is a thing of the past. The part of our game that got us where we are.
One shot on target from outside the area after 80 mins.
Offensively as poor as i think i've seen under CW......
OOOOPS McG just scored

I think Stevens has been slowing for a while and misses the link with JOC. Baldock and Lundstrum on the Right hand side also doesn’t seem to work that well.

With Stevens off the boil and Fleck not at his best that means we’re no threat down the left, so all our attacks are coming from the right / centre, so it’s quite easy to predict and defend against.

We build slowly to generate a genuine attempt at goal, but our build up play is slow with no end products, hence the frustration.

It won’t happen but I’d drop Baldock and Stevens for Lowe and Bogle and see how they fair.

We have totally abandoned what worked for us a team. We now look like more like a Nigel Clough team.

Agree with Stevens, Baldock still has tha threat.

We look incredibly poor going forward. The wing backs have stopped going forward. WTF has happened to our wing backs? Playing to orders? No creativity in midfield and Lundstum contributing just short of fuck all, and then we have McGoldrick up top that apart from his flicks, is completely ineffectual.

Stop picking your favourites Wilder and start looking at who is affecting games and who is contributing. I blame CW for today's shit show and I'm usually his biggest fan.

Really harsh on CW at half time 0-0 was good- he was hoping for more of the same but Arse I'm afraid have quality everywhere. We were never going to hold out, we will always need a goal.

I think we were better with Norwood in, more of a threat. Fleck has really gone off the boil.

I would not have done any subs when Chris did- but McFlatfoot was a big mistake, I'm afraid he's last 5 only proved he is not good enough. With a touch of luck Brewster will mean we never McFlatfoot again.

Overall 2-1 not a disgrace at The Arse.

We need a threat..

From about 50 minutes until 80 is about the most abject I've seen is in ages.

Didn't compete, didn't mark for the first the first goal, didn't tackle for the second. Dreadful. It really highlighted the lack of quality at times. Lundstram no idea how to drive us on. Didzy before the finish, not offering a threat.

No idea what the tactics were. Go out there for 90 minutes and defend? Arsenal finished marginally ahead of us yet we seem light years behind now. And we're the ones who have spent money.

Our performances have been poor since Norwood was left out of the team, like him or not. He controlled it in the middle, hit accurate (mostly) passed out to the wing and was decent from free kicks. He's been left out to accommodate Berge but I would bring him back and leave Lundstrum out who gives us little quality. Also desperately need Fleck back to full form. Up the pace too, they are all like carthorses. Much to think about.

Yep, Norwood makes us tick and whilst I don't like to question Wilder's decisions very often, I am a bit baffled as to why he has chosen to bench him. I understand that Berge was brought in as the long term replacement, but Norwood is still in his prime, and quality is quality. He has to play from now on, surely?

It’s all well and good saying losing 2-1 at Arsenal isn’t a disgrace, but you could say that about most Premier League games. Almost all of the other teams In the league have that bit of quality and individual class that can win a game, whereas we don’t. We could lose every game by a narrow margin and in isolation it wouldn’t be a disgrace. What we need to do is get our performance levels back up to what they were last season. We need to start making chances and maybe actually have a shot from the edge of the area every now and again. Look what happened today when we did.

Medium to long term we really need to spend big on one or two individuals with the ability to turn a game on their own. Getting Brooks on loan would be a great short term fix for this.

I am at a loss to explain Wilder's decision making lately.

In one of his first interviews as manager he said something along the lines of “the fans want the team on the front foot, to give it a right go, get men forward and balls into the box”.
I still want that and I’m sure the majority of us want that, can we please go back to playing attacking football. I’d rather go down playing attacking football than watching what we are producing at the minute.

Enda needs a rest and I’d bring Norwood back in to the team now.

Burke was our only outlet and was doing well, baffling putting plodder McBurnie on for him so early.

Problem is that Burke currently finds himself so far ahead of the rest of our team when he breaks away that he has no one to play off or aim for. Partly a consequence of how deep we are sitting whilst we are in 'contain' mode.
