Don’t know how much but will be signed by us and he is a very good player. No Dean Smith intervention because Smith doesn’t quite grasp how some signings aren’t the most fashionable but are nonetheless very good players.

Seems a long time ago but Raheem Stirling ticked all those boxes early in his career. Can't pass (tick)
Runs down blind alleys (tick)
Finishing worse than Connor Sammon (tick)
He certainly ticks a lot of boxes....

That's an awful long answer wasted, as it isnt what I said. Just making the point that players can develop and change from their early years. Sterling was a good example.OK, so you are really comparing Oliver Burke to a young Raheem Sterling...?? Sterling has played for the top 2 domestic teams in the EPL since 2012 when he was 17 amassing 260 club appearances and 50 plus international appearances. Burke has made just 15 EPL appearances and has spent nearly half of his career on-loan because he couldn't hold down a first team place at (mainly) Championship level.
Sterling may have been a bit "raw" when he first burst onto the scene but don't confuse "raw" with "just not very good".......
I'm all for seeing if CW can work his magic on players, sometimes it works, others it doesn't so if Burke does come in he will get my full support but nothing I have seen or heard will convince me that he can cut it at EPL level. Would love to be proved wrong but I don't think I will be....

As if it’ll be a straight swap
Too many Olie's. Got to be a world record if he joins. Now we need to find 2 Aaron's to sign.

We didn't get Ravel by sending a £7m player the other way. He's this seasons Ravel.
Scotland fans have managed to get him trending bc how wank he was today. He was only on the pitch 20 minutes.
I can remember Sterlings long barren spell when the England manager still backed him in the build up to the last World Cup. Not done too bad for club and country since then?OK, so you are really comparing Oliver Burke to a young Raheem Sterling...?? The relevance is to your post all about Stirling. You wrote about him, not meAnd just what relevance does that have to Burke?
