Assume these aren't serious? We have two promoted sides at home and the side which escaped relegation by a point in the first 5 games. Yes, 6-8 are brutal but that was always going to happen at some point.

Home games for start, boxing day and last day - great! also March & April fixtures look good and we get Man C, Man U and Liverpool out of the way early like last season.

I’m happy with those.
We need to start well but the games post Christmas are well balanced with a good run in.
I’m not concerned around our confidence being damaged after last year so October doesn’t overly worry me although points picked up there will be a bonus.
I think we may pick up less than expected early on simply due to the fact it takes us a few games to get into our stride but Villa, Leeds and a fatigued Wolves could give us a decent base.
Just a shame we aren’t going to be there for them all.

Although fixtures mean very little. We picked up points last season against teams I didn’t expect and lost against those I did.

That being said just on the fixtures alone it looks like we have a good chance to put some early points on the board and then pick up a decent haul in the run in.

Without wanting to temp fate, I think that they are a very nicely spaced set of fixtures, in so far as I am not seeing any 'nightmare runs' as you can often get.

A decent start and run in from what I can see, with no big clusters of the tough teams in short periods.

I agree. That's the impact of Norwich, Bournemouth and Watford being replaced by Fulham, WBA and Leeds. There's a lot more "traditionally" big name clubs in the PL this year. it doesn`t mean they will be any good though.
