Understand what you are saying but Wilder himself is of the mindset of constantly improving and pushing on. Our fans have to match this to some extent by finding a middle ground that prevents fans getting too carried away but also to provide a positive progressive mindset around the club as a whole. As Wilder has said himself standing still in this division is going backwards. UTB

You're about as wrong as you could possibly get. A lot of fans seem to have become the arrogant "fans" they claim to dislike of other clubs.

Nobody is denying we need to recruit well and improve. Your suggestion of major surgery implies that the vast majority of our players aren't good enough, which seems unfair after finishing 9th.

Think it’s a lack of strength in depth that has cost us at the back end of the season. We obviously need better players pushing those in a starting berth if we’re going to keep improving ready to fight for a place. What we don’t want next season is the likes of Robinson and Jagielka coming in as a stop gap, we need Egan and O’Connell MKIIs pushing for a start.

There is a fair amount of distance between what he said and what you said.

Nobody thinks we don't need to improve the squad in the summer.

Some of us old Blades realise how lucky we are to have what we`ve got at present.
