Unless our Simon Moore desperately wants to leave, why acquire another, slightly younger version, who at 29 has never played above L1 in England and has only played 6 times in 2 seasons in Scotland and has been kept out of the starting line up during that time by a 38 yr old sub par Championship keeper? Why not just let sleeping reserve keepers lie.

Quite right BS. However, he may or may not play 10 PL games for us, but, he's here to be part of our goalkeeping unit and contribute and compete with the rest, play off each others positive and negative abilities to produce solid backup to whoever is number 1

It's a lot easier for keepers to step up multiple levels than it is outfielders.

As long as he can stop shots & be commanding (which he was at Swindon) he'll be fine with the step up. Shots are shots in any league.

I think it's a decent add, cheap replacement for Moore. We can't go out and buy an expensive backup keeper, we simply don't have the finances.
