Chris Wilder is most certainly the answer!
Well at least half of the answer.

West Ham home to Villa last match of the season could be an entertaining one.Oh how funny would it be though if Wet Spam got relegated and Vanilla stayed up by one point. Wet Spam going into litigation arguing FOR Sheff Utd to have all 3 points?!![]()
I still feel bad for Charlton.Hope I’m not tempting fate but almost all the other teams in all divisions must have a tinge of jealousy how we have got to where we are in 4 years

In fairness to villa they has no choice but to spend big. The spine of their team were loanees and they got promotion via the back door so I understand it.But it very much looks like Villa are going to join Norwich back in the Championship next season. Hardly breaking news I know but doesn’t it just highlight how brilliantly run our club is right now. We’ve won more games this season than both of them combined. It fills me with enormous pride that we’ve proved everybody wrong this season. Furthermore I truly believe we will be even better next season. There’s just no resting with this team. Couldn’t be more proud to support this club! UTB!!!
Aye to that so how the fuck is he playing for England?Villa will go down a minus 29 goal diff just shows what is wrong mings would only just make our bench
Dont exaggerate.Villa will go down a minus 29 goal diff just shows what is wrong mings would only just make our bench
I think with Dean Smith it goes to show just how well run Brentford are.
Can see them eventually getting their break either this season or next, and they're set up to have a lot of success.
A very well run club.
Since he's now got to recruit himself, he looks lost.
Terrible signings.
I'll credit him with one thing though.
I understand why some don't like him, but since he's been Villa manager Grealish has turned into a proper player.
One player in that side who always looks a threat every game, and I genuinely believe he has the ability to play for anyone in this league. He pretty much never makes the wrong decision.....And I thought he was the most overrated young player in the country a couple of years ago.
Lolz. Grealish is pants. He struts around with that fake tan, weird bulbous calves and shinpads for 2 year olds, has poor off the ball positional sense, makes some terrible passing decisions, rolls around when he gets tackled and screams at the ref with his arms aloft like a fanny.he goes into hiding when villa need a talisman. He would only get into a desperate prem team and would add fck all to them. It wasnt long ago when the prem had proper quality english midfielders like matt le tissier who really was the type of player that helped a mediocre team get some great results, grealish is in the same standard of team and does fark all,.yet bizarrely people are touting him for the england team whereas matt didnt get much of a look inI think with Dean Smith it goes to show just how well run Brentford are.

Grealish is pants.
Ok he isnt pants, hes fckin wank. Has one decent game every so often then spends his time in other games being shite and people want to gobble him off. Hes a show pony, has zero bollocks for the fight and plays like a pussy. Give me a john fleck over his type every fckin day of the week. He's not pants, is he?
He's done quite well to say he plays in a very poor Villa team.
He has more goals and assists than any player in our team.
Ok he isnt pants, hes fckin wank
Hes a pussy of a player, zero bollox, goes missing when his team are getting battered, hes fck all, but hey you can gobble him off all you like cos hes scored a few goals. Maybe if he could stand up properly and make better decisions hed actually have contributed more and villa woudnt be in the mess they are in. As i said give me a flecky over him every day of the week, a proper midfielder. He has 7 goals and 6 assists.
Not bad for a player who's fucking wank.
I'd probably expect 0 goals and 0 assists for a player who's fucking wank actually.

Like i said i prefer proper footballers who dont go hiding when the going gets tough and dont squeal when tackled. I couldnt give a fck who would have him in a heartbeatChris Wilder would have him in a heartbeat.
Sounds like you just don't like him.

I'd probably go with Wilder's judgement over yours.
Again I refer you to his 7 goals and 6 assists this season. Top of both those charts for Villa.
Sounds like Grealish is one of the only players who actually puts a shift in for Villa.
Go with whatever you think but i ssy you are wrong. I dont care about your stats argument either. His poaitional sense is poor (souness actually mentioned that the other day), his decision making leaves a lot to be desired, he looks to con refs when people tackle him, he goes missing in games his team need him the most, hes one of those players who has a good game now and then but lacks consistency. Not a player for me, you can carry on nuthugging him tho, fill your bootsI'd probably go with Wilder's judgement over yours.

That i do accept. He would be coached to play in the right areas, make the right decisions, work hard, stop falling over and to be a team player. That would improve any playerBefore the lockdown he'd won me round, obviously can't stand the falling over but I can't remember what Villa game I watched but I just finally saw what people were on about.
That said, he's been poor since the restart, and doesn't look arsed at all.
Smith is a crap manager though, plays him all over the place, and while I don't think he'd get in a (currently) top 4 team apart from Leicester, anyone from Wolves down would have him in a shot, and a good manager would likely get him to a place where top 4 teams would have a look.
Grealish with a Sheffield United mentality would be outstanding.

I will give him credit for thatI think Grealish is a class act.
There's not many players who could get punched in the side of the head by a fan and handle it as well as he did.
Didn't react at all, didn't roll around on the floor or retaliate. Then he gets on with the game, scores the winning goal and gives a delightfully smug interview after sticking it to the Birmingham fans.
He won a lot of people over that day, including me.

Really? Which of the top 5 teams in the league currently would Grealish improve, i think he flatters to deceive.. don’t get me wrong I would like a player with his abiliy on the ball here, he would have to cut out the theatrics and work back without the ball under Wilder though, but I don’t think he gets a starting place at your lot, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea or Man U.
He is a modern day Joe Cole.. looks great on highlights... achieves very little in reality.
