One of the worst decisions I have ever seen

They are saying that a decision that follows the letter of the law is one of the worst decisions he has ever seen

I mean fucking seriously, they love to pick and choose what to be angry at, VAR wasn't at fault, it worked like it fucking should do, THE RULE IS THE PROBLEM.

I agree with Wilder if that happens to us we would be annoyed, but at least be annoyed at the right thing, expecting the VAR to use common sense today, defending them at Villa not long ago

Funny how when he was saying that Wilder was the most progressive manager in the league and that Blades were 5th on merit (at the time), nobody took exception to him.

In fact he received praise. I recall seeing his statement about Wilder being in a member's quote on here.

It's making a mockery of the game. I understand it's the rule that needs changing but I agree with Redknapp. It was up there with the worst decisions of all time. In effect Moura's penalised twice. He's fouled then inadvertently falls on the ball which ends with a goal being disallowed. Probably a different game if the goal stands.

But it wasn't VAR at fault it was the rule, VAR haven't used common sense all season and to say that decision is worse than the Villa decision is ridiculous. I would say every single marignal offside is worse than that because of the "clear and obvious" part they forget.

I don't mind VAR if they get it right and stop fucking around with the game.

Yes it was, VAR didn't intervene when they should have GLT was the main fault but to say "we saw it but decided not to bother" is fucking ridiculous beyond belief, at least the rule was correctly enforced in this decision and that is what's wrong, not many would complain if the rule was down to incidental or not.

Well, I think it was an excellent decision and the VAR experts at Stockley obviously know their stuff and analyze footage with strict competency to ensure the game is fairly executed.

Just like Villa.

I’ve said before and I’ll say again that rule is absolutely bollocks and created by faceless morons that have no concept of what football should be about. It needs scrapping as soon as possible. I generally like Redknapp but on this occasion he’s directing his ire in the wrong direction. The rule is black and white, crap but black and white. There is no common sense part to it and so much as I hate VAR the truth is by the letter of the rule the decision was right. Fight to get the rule changed and I’m back on board with him.

Didn't see much of the build up but in the bit I did he was saying how he hoped our season wouldn't fizzle out because of how good we've been.

He was bigging up the more fashionable clubs as pundits generally always do.

People are happy to take an equal share of international TV money, even though the large majority of it is earned as a result of the bigger clubs.

I didn't watch the build up because I'm just so unimpressed by how they balance everything. I want them to call it fair not bias all the time.

I just accept it to be honest.

The TV money from abroad is spread evenly amongst all clubs, despite the fact that not many abroad really want to watch Sheffield United/Leicester compared to Manchester United.
