My first game Sept 1970 v Bristol City 3-3 and been there ever since .

7th in Prem and never been so proud of dem blades

just saying

Mine April 1971 - Flynn diving header v Cardiff then next seasons a quality goal, and sitting on the ball v Arse ... but it wasn’t like this.

Wilder is the difference. I’ve watched a lot of games this weekend, and we have no business challenging teams with human beings like Pogba and Traore in them, but we are challenging them.

People like me and Bell4 think it is unbelievable just to be here, but Tufty will be gutted if we’re not above them at the end of the season.

I remember the amazing feeling at Feethams (actually I don’t really remember much of it!). People like me are pleased when things get better than they were. People like Chris always see the little bit extra that might just have been.

It must be exhausting being driven like Chris is - and these are very special days that he is giving to us.

I was there too.

We were losing 3-0 with 15 minutes to go but levelled it, I recall.

29 March 1965 the day after my 7th birthday Blades v All Stars at BDTBL for Joe Shaw Testimonial with Sir Stanley Mathew's playing.

First game Nov 1970 against QPR, 60 last September, so on a similar trajectory. Equally proud of them particularly when pundits and journalist are saying such positive things about our football.
