Player swap deals, the best and the worst

We don't seem to have 'swapped' players in recent times. I'd forgotten until I read it in the Star that we had swapped Lee Hendre with Jordan Stewart (Derby were the other club involved). Hendrie was hardly great for us but Stewart was one of the worst players that I have seen for us. It must be one of the worst player swaps ever!
As for the best deal we got, the average Martin Kuhl going to Watford and we got the legendary Tony Agana (as well as Peter Hetherston and £40,000) a great deal by Dave Bassett.
What other swaps have there been over the years?

Swapping players with Derby = bad
Swapping players with Watford = good!!

If you went by the transfer rumours pages in the paper there would be 50 swap deals a year.

In reality its way too much pissing around to happen regularly

be a better right back than Kozluk.
Has for Hunt can't remember if he was made of Glass or the most Nesh footballer ever too wear the Red & White stripes.
Kozluk was great at putting joke poo in peoples shoes though.

We got James Thomas for a year. They had to pay us £300k rising to £500k if they went up, so it would have benefited us to lose when we played them later that season at Ewood Park. We drew 0.0.

I bet Hunt didn't play many more than that.
And we got lumbered with Kozluk for god knows how long. So no I dont think we got the best part of the deal.
