Anyone know what's going on with Stephen Quinn this summer? The link on the OS from a couple of weeks ago says he's out of contract this summer?
I also saw him in town this afternoon about 3pm; had the first day back in training finished by then or is he injured/ not even training with us any more?

Don't remember training lasting while that time in the afternoon.

Could be injured.

Strange tho that there's no mention yet regards him signing a new contract.?

It'll have finished by about 3 hours by then. Unless they stayed behind to do extra work on their ball skills like Cantona used to do every day.

PS. I'm pretty sure we excercised a "one year option" toward the end of last season so he probably expires next summer.

That article is misleading but according to this other official article Quinn is signed up until next Summer (2011)....

i seem to remember him signing a deal earlier in the year when we said no new deals were being offered and thinking it strange... training will almost definitely have finished by 3 though.

He probably went to Morrisons and missed it and ended up at Tesco by accident.
