Training facilities as per CW priority.
Keep ST prices low.
Forget major ground changes , accept that we are stuck with a lopsided stadium with no room to develop John St or Lane end.
To end up with a bigger ground the whole thing has to be shifted towards the south-east of the plot.
To do that we'd have to play somewhere else for a couple of seasons , which is never gonna happen.
Improvements to Kop rake & knee-space will reduce capacity , and extra seats at the back would be so far away at such a low angle that they'd be worse than the current ones.
Unfortunately our traditional home is a mishmash of development but then it has character.
The cost of increasing its capacity is disproportionate compared to new-build , which is why the extension plans are such a mess.
I doubt anything will happen to the ground for many a year.
That said , we could throw up a bit of steelwork at the back of the Kop to provide bigger catering , from which the Club might make a bit more cash.
And the sort of development which gives a decent ROI , namely corporate facilities , will actually reduce capacity for the Hoi Polloi.
