Wilder does try to focus on his side rather than the other. If he has an issue with the ref he takes it up with him in person after the match. We already know he invites other managers for a drink and a chat after a match.

The only time Wilder has really gone off on one is about VAR but then so have many other managers. He has had his moments calling out his own players publicly but what he has said won't be anything the players had not already been told in person.

Quite amazing that a guy as busy as Klopp would take time out to dictate and sign a letter to a young fan. A true football guy with that kind of class.

I heard Daraghs interview on radio 5, a star in the making. The fact Klopp is grounded enough to do this and praise Wilder as well, is putting him on a new level.
