Egan and Bash don't seem to be too bothered about the weather:

Humber bridge closed to all traffic

The weather is terrible on the coast with windspeeds of 80mph.
Today the more inland you are the the less it’s effected by the wind.
Dont think you can get more in land than Sheffield. Also hilly terrain offers yet more protection.
We are in one of the least affected storm areas today. Of course its going to be bad but no where near what the rest of the country are suffering.

Be aware that Charlotte Rd to Queens Rd is closed, there is flooded Rd outside Bus depot off Charlotte Rd, most Rds are very busy I have just been down there and decided to drive home, If this rain keeps coming there's no way this match is going to finish ( if to kick off) By the way I have been a Blade for 60 yrs! Just warning fellow blades

I’ve got 2 large Palram aluminium and perapex gazebos....they come with a gaurantee to handle gusts up to 60mph.
This morning there were gusts at this figure....so I had concerns.....but both have past the test and are still standing.
Yes, but they're standing 3 streets away 😆

I've got 3 tickets for the game today. If anybody wants them don't pm me because we're still going.

Surely need to delay kickoff, even if we know the South Stand has limited turnstiles available, arriving early is a wee bit tricky. Not as if TV needs to rush off to preview the late kick off

I’m on the ground in Sheff now. Parkway is like a river and down to one lane for a few stretches due to flooding that is half a tyre deep in places. Can’t believe the pitch will be playable unless we have the best drainage system in the country.

Seems a bit irresponsible to have not postponed earlier.

Wind is whipping around in S2, squally showers, but not heavy rain.

Try telling that to someone living in Bradfield.

Fortunately the game's at Bramall Lane and not on the Parkway.
