I thought he was a bit unlucky the couple of times he was dispossessed I thought he was fouled ,certainly more than some of the free kicks zaha was being awarded simply for being a pansy ass bitch
Looking forward to seeing him at the lane next week should be more his type of game and I'm.glad lerma suspended for them as I rate him

First, he made a couple of very clever runs into the box which weren't picked up by our players. Hopefully, this will be something that improves as he melds with the team and vice versa. Second, he seemed very capable of putting in a tackle higher up the pitch than we're used to and then making a quick transition into attack. This could be great for Mousset and Zivkovic to get on the end of.

I thought he played well, but even if he hadn't, he's been with the club 3 days and isn't full up to scratch with our system. Was a horrible game to make your debut in too. Can't wait to see him in the next 3 games. People saying Lunny was incredible. He was good, but it was a completely different game to what Sander played in. So much more space and freedom. I think Berge is going to be one of our greatest ever midfielders, I really do.

CW much have ever so much faith fielding Berge just like that, appreciate Sander's own words on how fast , physical and competetive the PL is compared to Belgium. Bring on Bornmouth

Reiterating the comments from posters on here that he needs to get used to the pace of the PL and that’s as straight forward as it gets. Just a matter of time and bedding in

But would that really be due to the league or to Mr Wilders expectations of all his players ?

For as well as we've done in most games I could see other sides had players more confident on the ball. He looked great when he had it. And won the ball back a few times in a tight game with two sides who have good set ups that limit sides. Obviously he will take some bedding in but very happy with that after a busy week for him!
