Only a handful of people could possibly know that but as entertaining as it is for here, I'd rather any insiders didn't jeopardise any potential signings just to get a few likes.
I loved it in the Summer, I hung off his every post, but why risk it? There is ITK knowledge then there is the detailed stuff that RC used to tell us.

The club obviously had a problem with it or they wouldn’t have been trying to find out who he is. If the people who are actually doing the deals have a problem with it, who am I to say they haven’t?

I doubt any from what he put on here.

However, I can't see how a club employee being unable to keep his own shit is not only unprofessional but potentially gross misconduct.

It also begs the question who did he/she also spout off to.

Like any other Blade I want to know who we might be signing and what's happening etc. I struggle, however, to grasp how obsessive some become about supposed ITK posters

Which I agree with, it doesn't just apply to football but all jobs, there are certain things which shouldn't be repeated. From the employment perspective, he shouldn't be sharing information.

The point I'm making is that transfers being leaked make absolutely zero difference to whether a player signs for us or not. Berge is a very good example, it's become common knowledge because his agent and Genk want other clubs to come in with offers to increase his contract value and transfer fee. Transfers will never be a secret in football circles no matter how much managers or clubs want them to be.

In general I'd agree with the point about agents. It's highly unlikely today that any remotely interested club wouldn't know about another club being seriously interested in the same player.

However, just like someone naming our team on here on a Friday probably has no impact whatsoever, it's not the right thing to do imho.
 

seen tottenham fans who think he might be joining them, after spurs itks have put out some cryptic tweets. can't wait to hear they've swooped in at the last minute and signed him.

Some are made public early for particular reasons, some aren't, the ones that are attempted to be kept quiet or that are at a very early stage (perhaps before the 'common knowledge' you mention), should be kept quiet, for a plethora of reasons.

That is one of the reasons most people who genuinely are 'ITK' don't generally share anything they learn in confidence. That and respect.

At a level where 'marginal gains' are seen as essential, there's absolutely no benefit for someone in a position of trust to be loose with information that key persons wish to keep within a very limited trusted circle.
