Got the feeling we are going to have to break out wage structure to keep hold of this lad. He just gets better and better, and honestly think he would get into 90% of Premier League clubs. Big decision for the board in the summer. If we decide to sell, we won't be short of offers. He's a 20 million pound player now.

No it's not. It doesn't take anything away from the fantastic contributions by Bash, JOC, Enda, Egan, etc. It is just about an opinion as to who has made the greatest individual contribution and I'd happily say that's Fleck.

The misuse of the English language on Facebook makes me wonder about our education system and the lack of education many users must have when they can't even make a sentence without using incorrect grammar or spelling!

People are getting more dense. Having the internet in your pocket at all times has diseased the part of the brain responsible for storage of education.

Why remember anything, like how to spell, when predictive text exists? Problem is, seems like a lot of people are so far off with their initial attempt that even the latest machine learning driven predictive text can't get anywhere near it.

Agree with you on the spelling, but for me it's also the use of basic English:
I'm not really a Facebook user, can't stand it to be honest, but some of the stuff on there makes me shudder!

He’s not our most influential player....that’s currently Norwood and McGoldrick and was previously Duffy.....when those 2 don’t play we lose something and aren’t the same team.

Also not a single upper half team would take Fleck...our players have achieved for 6 months only...think it takes longer before they can be called average established PL players.

The contracts for both Lunny and Fleck should be on the low side £20K basic with massive performance related bonuses.

The Lunny situation is the perfect example...even now no one has a clue how good he is. Last season for 9 months he didn’t even look Championship standard......then for 2 months he’s looked decent PL standard but in the past month his form and energy levels have dropped. I still don’t know if he’ll carve out a career in the PL or league 1.

Fleck has been nothing short of superb for us this season, and he is growing into being a top midfield player in the PL.

As much as Norwood can ping a ball, or Goldie can orchestrate, Fleckie is a little magician and makes us so much better and difficult to play against. His new contract if/when he signs it will be reflective of this.
