Got the feeling we are going to have to break out wage structure to keep hold of this lad. He just gets better and better, and honestly think he would get into 90% of Premier League clubs. Big decision for the board in the summer. If we decide to sell, we won't be short of offers. He's a 20 million pound player now.

I don't know tbh. He's a player who should have been playing in the top flight years ago but he managed to get himself to the level of Coventry. The move to us has given him a second shot and I'd be surprised if he wanted to leave.

Fleck is the annoying wee shite who runs all day long , challenges for everything and then pops up to bang it into the net.

Most clubs would love one of those.

Value is off the charts to us ,but two cans of Irn Bru and a deep fried Mars Bar should cover it for everyone else.

Apparently according to Shield talks over a new contract will take place during the rest of the season

He cant get in the Scotland team o_O

No wonder they always lose 😂 Fleckieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

20m? Add another 30m onto that they way Fleck is playing he indespensible and we cant afford to spend 40-50m on one player we need to keep hold of Fleck.

He was £20m last season, got to be £30-35m now surely.

They’ll review a few once they know there’s another seasons prem cash coming in

With no exaggeration he’s been one of the best midfielders in the division. MOTM today and our player of the season by a distance so far. Has to stay if we plan to take up residence in the PL.

Wilder said on P&G in his after match interview that those who are due a upgrade on contracts should hurry up and make their minds up. We (as a club) wont stand still and wait all day. Referring to Lunny and Fleck. UTB

Fleck is close to not only being our player of the season but one of the premier leagues top performers

Agree with Wilder.
If Fleck thinks he can advance his career elsewhere...then he’s free to leave.
I would think Wilder already has replacements line up.

This thread reminds me of the Lunny thread....2 months ago he was worth 30 million and £60K a week contract was cheap.
Now Lunny’s not looking the same player.....no way should we make Fleck our highest paid player.
Its typical of most fans....Fleck scores and he’s brilliant....wait a few matches when he doesn’t score or assist and all of a sudden he’s crap.

I have my stab vest and helmet on, here goes. Freeman is as good if not better IMO. Freeman is more dynamic and with 20 games on the trot he would be better. Don't get me wrong, Fleck has been v good so far but he is defo not irreplaceable.
Lundstram, on the other hand, has started to believe his own hype. I have always supported Lundstram and said he would be a success in the PL but he needs to knuckle down and do a whole season before he starts demanding gold.

I’ll say it again and I’ll keep saying it until people realise what the crack is. Only when Fleck leaves will he be really appreciated by some Blades fans, he’s irreplaceable unless we spend an absolute fortune.

Fleck is an absolute legend.

Fleck has always been a talent. It's only now he's realising his potential at the Lane under Wilder and Knill.
I like to think he's savvy enough to know this and if we look after him there's no reason to leave.
