Noticed he last had an improved contract in 2017 which surprises me as we seem to give rewards to players doing well. (Stevens, Baldock and JOC etc)

To say were in the PL now he's performing better than in the championship IMO, so hopefully a new deal soon for Flecky!

I wonder if this would be done with CWAK but just not publicised? You'd think they'd look at the entire coaching staff at once.

All the coaching team signed new contracts last week along with CWAK.

Straight swap for Marvellous, considering he cost them 11m, it would represent a smashing deal.
