I like stats that make us look good. On the other hand, it also makes Norwich look good, so you know there's something amiss. It's probably still a good metric given the outrageous fees clubs have paid.

Seems a bit low to me. Add a £10m stay up bonus and we'd still have a bit of headroom.

Based on an income of £150m a year (TV plus gate money plus sponsors plus...) gives a wage to income ratio of 12%

As those figures will be based mostly on 2017-18 accounts they mean very little. There's some correlation for most of the clubs who've been in the league for a couple of seasonss but ours, Norwich. Villa and Wolves will definitely be wrong.

Getting to a cup final requires winning a game on a neutral ground.... (well, FA Cup anyway). I suspect our cup record in the last 30 years is actually better than most Prem teams though..
