I wasn't impressed with the 5am alarm call, but looking forward to an away day in Brighton. The football anorak in me likes the fact that Brighton and Hove Albion are the only club in the football league (including Premiership) named after two places. But for ten points, name the other four league clubs with 'and' in their name?
