BBC were being accused of dumbing down when I was a youth in the eighties. I used to enjoy their youth output in those days. Now I’m past fifty I’d be pretty sad if I still liked youth programmes.
Phone in are so old hat I wonder why the BBC even bothers anymore. I guess it’s a relatively cheap filler. I haven’t heard her but in my possibly slightly old fashioned view, I think posting pictures showing how hot she is, sticking her tits out, doesn’t portray her as a serious journalist/presenter. What I don’t understand is why you’d get an attractive presenter, who’s better at being attractive than presenting, and stick her on the radio, a medium where looks are irrelevant and intelligence and articulacy are important.

And anyway, which Blades fans actually stay up till MOTD is on live at 11pm or whatever to watch the highlights for the first time? There are hundreds of places to catch highlights within about 30 minutes of the game finishing, including on here.

I love that Robbie was trying to point out that our Championship football playing side are currently above his Premier League football playing side, making the argument ridiculous.

I'm between minds when it comes to Wolves. I think they play brilliant football and have a very good manager, however, their fans, and not all of them, seem to think that they're now God's gift to football and one of the elite teams in this country after just one season of Premier League football. They're becoming as arrogant as Forest fans.
