Needs to be on the bench at least with less technical Park the bus teams like Newcastle, crying out for a creative spark that was, some quality that will punish teams.

If we go ahead first then fine but if not we need a bit of magic if we struggle to break shit teams down.

Based on what? A couple of nondescript appearances, several weeks ago, in substandard sides we‘ve fielded in a cup competition that nobody takes seriously?

How’s he been for the U23s? How’s he been in training? What’s your evidence for this suggestion?

He needs to be on the bench if we fancy going down to 10 men based on what I've seen of him.

what a dumb thread this is! Have you watched him play?

Needs fucking off, total waste of time, money and effort.

Anyone Got Duffs number ?? 😂

I'll tell you what. I have lamented Duffy's departure all season but hadn't actually thought he could have won us a game, until tonight, maybe.
We needed someone to unpick the lock.

Morrison will play in the 2nd string in our 0-1 defeat to AFC Flyde, throughout which I’m sure he’ll do some nice flicks for idiots to masturbate furiously to - but otherwise be totally ineffective whilst giving the ball away regularly.

That’s summed him up so far.

Is he even fit. Interesting that it’s all a bit quiet on that front given the hoo hah when he first signed.

Guessing they’re working with him behind the scenes but just haven’t had the opportunity to get him in to the squad yet. I understand what the OP is getting at in that we could do with a different option for games like tonight but in all honestly did any of us really expect any team to come and play like that at Bramall Lane this season. Absolute anti-football from the first minute.

Totally agree.
Tonight brought back memories of most of the matches in league 1 and some matches in the Champiomship.

Newcastle never made any attempt to win midfield.....they gave us total control of the centre circle.
However Newcastle defended very deep and at times had everyone back in defence.
When theres no space to pass...then you need someone who can dribble and a bit of trickery.
In the past Mark Duffy was always the only player who could pick the lock of a packed defence.
