I've waited all my life for a truck like this to come and pick me up, so now I'm here at Woolley Edge I'm bloody well going to sit here and wait for the driver to come back to his cab!

I'm surprised that trailers curtain side is still in one piece got to be 5 year old now, did the MOT on it 3-4 year back, in fact it was in March 16

Not quite. When I say it's the George Long shirt I mean it's the one he wore more than anyone else in that season, whenever it was. I'm too much of a cheapskate to pay extra to have a number and/or name on the back.

DBL logistics ,Dave Bert and the late Linda have always been big Blades.
I used to go to away matches with them when Bert had his corner shop on Smithywood Rd over 40 years ago.

My brother used to go to away matches with Bert in his flashy car. They used to be back home in no time! or broke down on the way to Blackburn

I remember going to Newcastle away midweek with my mate ,Bert and Dave in the flashy car and getting a pint in just off jtn 39 of the M1 on the way back ,must have been a 7.30 KO or a late bar ,he did know the landlord.
Ask him if he went to Stoke midweek in Berts minibus when we were surrounded by their tossers trying to overturn the bus with us in it.

To an artist, even the best, hands are not the easiest things to replicate. Look at the Mona Lisa or Annigoni,s portrait of our queen circa 1955 and in the 1969 one he hides her hands just like our Blades artist has.
