I worked for a US owned multinational engineering company where the Bin Laden family were large investors (as they are in many companies globally) and as ST states the family are respectable business people who actually disowned their son 5 years prior to the atrocities he committed

In this instance I'm talking the Prince.

We all know already that Kev says things and then fails to deliver.

New investment from the Prince being a prime example.
 
Doesn’t add up to me. If we stop up we are using the premier league money to sign a few super players, buy all the properties, improve all the properties and establish a further reaching scouting network as well as a greatly increased wage bill. I know it’s a lot of money but I’m not sure it covers it.

We have signed our record sponsor and he wants better? Maybe this is where the trick is. Maybe a few more non repayable loans in the form of sponsorship.

Geoff and Trevor Hitler’s window cleaning round really suffered when word of what their Adolf had got up to came out, the naughty scamp.
 
My favourite bit, apart from the picture of the explosion from 9/11 was; The Bin Laden family have ties to Saudi royals - and disowned terrorist son Osama in the mid 1990s, according to Prince Abdullah.

Pince Addullah isn't some sort of insider with the Bin Laden family, he was disowned according to almost everyone, including the family themselves. If not, I'm sure the CIA among others would be taking a significantly higher level of interest in them, like they did his son for example.
 
Chose who owns the club there not going to cut off their nose to spite their face are they, as long as the club is an asset we have nothing to fear,
As for being dissed by the press and TV, when have they ever come down on our side if it spoils a good story.?...…….. :rolleyes:

Do people like you spend your entire existence from the moment you wake and close the front door in the morning smelling and sniffing for 'racism' at every turn?

You can't see the issues with being associated with the Bin Laden name? But no, you know better of course, its everything to do with them being Arabic Muslims. People like you are morally and intellectually superior after all and know these things. Who I am to question, I bow down to your wokeness.

... is this not going to rock the boat a little from Bettis who created the deal? plus USG who have a contract in place and in my eyes have done us well as shirt sponsors (i.e. changing there logo to suit club identity, changing landing web page and generally made a fuss of us)

Not clear exactlyl what the quote was, but 'better sponsors from Saudi Arabia' could mean that we have 1 small sponsor from there and want more, paying more. It doesn't mean that all of our current sponsors are rubbish and we have to go to Saudi for better ones.

I tend to sniff it out from what people post.

You're not judging a whole family on one member, or their name.,you're judging them for being Muslim.

And you accuse me of being morally and intellectually superior?

I'd suggest "people like you" infers I'm left wing. Unless their politics are like yours, I doubt anyone on here would agree with that.
