Yup. Like i said in the other thread, I fear we have spent hugely over the odds for a very limited player in McBurnie. Hopefully i'm proven totally wrong but from what I've seen so far for club and country he looks like a very average player with poor technical ability.

He was great with his feet the majority of the few occasions where the fuckers sent him a ball lower than the level of his quiff.

Lanky version of McGoldrick with his feet, but more clinical and obviously has a great header in his locker.

Looks ungainly, works though.

He’s also got a lot of fight in him, I can see why he had that spat with Wilder. I think McBurnie will be more valuable to us than Maupay would have been. Originally we wanted both but we have plenty of options to play Maupays role but non for Ollie.

No. McBurnie has more or less the same scoring ratio and has more room to grow. Offers us more for the way we play as well. He was my preferred target in the summer.
