Fair point, it's just pretty shit that there's good journo's out there and then there's absolute jokes like Danny Mills blocking any progression. It's like the toss on talkSport, with the likes of Ray Parlour and Jason Cundy. There's no original or insightful analysis, just regurgitate, rinse and repeat.

Whilst ever the likes of Danny Mills continues to be employed and paid very handsomely by sky for talking shit and not having to actually know what he's talking about, then he will continue to do what he is doing now. He is getting away with putting sod all effort in or bothering to do his homework on subject matters where he is supposed to be an 'expert'. He is clearly a very lazy individual and treats viewers with contempt.

It is a two way street though, I also have nothing but contempt towards that fool.

Maybe it's a bit like the Samson tale from the bible, in that any sense he had or brain cells disappeared with his hair.

I met Danny Mills a few years ago at a charity event. I gather he does a lot of work for a spina bifida charity. Came across as a very pleasant guy. We didn't get on to football, however.

Alex Scott is brilliant, always well researched and clearly passionate about the beautiful game, unlike Sue Smith. I've had the pleasure of working with Alex a few times and she is the same person on and off air.
