Write up reflects the game but are those statistics correct? We must have had way more than 2 corners and I'm sure we had more than Preston - so many that I was moaning we rarely score from one (maybe I'm missing something

Agree the statistics dont reflect our domination.

I think some of it was, we found ourselves in great positions whilst attacking on the break, where we looked likely to score
but instead of taking the shot, we tried to walk the ball into the net, guilty of overpassing or the final ball didn't quite make it.

So we didn't even take a shot on goal, meaning these great opportunities are not recorded.

I've just noticed that the Guardian Stats have been amended. I see the article was posted at 22.08 so it's possibly best to ignore stats so soon after the game. They also showed Preston having more possession but that's been switched round.
