hello everyone its hard to right all this i only talk to my mrs who knows what ive been through ive only just read these posts some negative most positive if people hate me so be it I dont care just ignore my posts dont abuse me on here please when you read this i hope it all stops the hate cant cope with it all ive been badly beat up by 6 intruders on site I did security night shifts on over 3yrs ago I am up and down sufc is what I love coming on here poting helps me keep calm i just post players I like i do no harm please leave me be im not well and today locked myself in my bedroom ive not been in a good place today because I don't like verbal bullys and abuse im trying to move on from the hammering ive had I was really worked over people trying to break in the site I was on in 2016 now you know whats up with me I hope you understand im not right got a bad head injury the blades and bowls and cooking is all I have I find it hard to work on security nights shifts I protect property and life its my job ive done for 33yrs since 1986 I was a doorman but thugs beat me up im only doing my security job please give me a break head hurts body hrts I want to meet you blades enjoy the kop again not been for a while get pannick attacks cooking Italan and englisgh grub helps me relax ive read all the posts on here and it hurts it is a huge honour to get my own blades sufc forum were I can post on thankyou admin its a big boost I reacently got badly beat up 3uys ago doing night security not been the same since it happened my bowling friends from south yorkshire and uk know what happened i got both my knees smasked & right shoulder & my head smashed basbal bat broke my ribs got attacked by 6 intruders got on site did me over and had most my teeth smashed out had counciliing on anti depressants pain killers still not right after 3yrs but coming on here with fellow blades keep me positive thankyou my friends in tears because ive found friends on here I cant spell but hope you understand I thank the people on here for the pasta mans suggestion page I will only post on here from now it means a lot you do this for me admin of this great forum im friendly im no bully ive been bullied all my kind help and posts means so much cant write no more feel a weight off me putting this on here I just want to be paul pasta man post players I like I love blades me sorry I write a lot cant help it head hurts migranes make me write a lot my brian injury got dent in skull from attack lucky to be here thank god i am not worked much in 3yrs trying to do night security again and see sufc in top league be a dream but will i go if bullys attack me will I ever be on kop will I get to meet chris wilder and billy sharp and sufc players and blades friends head hurts so much I love blades fans be good not bad let me say who I like on here thanks ADMIN for forum of mine means so much can I post again without bullys on my back im scared for my life >>???? Sorry to hear that mate (or should I say m8), stay strong and keep posting.

I love pasta as well but couldn't eat every day like you. Good old spag bol from scratch is my favourite, but if I'm busy doing some diy or summat like that, I might just take a quick break and have some tinned spaghetti cold straight out of the tin and I'll still enjoy it if I'm really hungry. UTB :)
 
Put that empty calorie pasta to the side,try some slow oven cooked bear meat it will put that spaghetti tomato sauce out of your mind. You will come out of your den growling.
 
hi everyone ive decided to not block no one let them say what they want to me ill take it because we are all blades fans no need to fall out I care and I dont bare a grudge ive took everyone off my ignore I was upset i had you on ignore list who swore and bullied me but i can take it and want to forgive you all I believe everyone get another chance to say sorry ill shake hands that's me friendly pasta man because I want to get on with you all everyone has opinons and in lifes to short not to enjoy sufc thanks admin only post on here my thread chuffed you gave me he other sites yep its positive it cheers me up on here love talking to blades fans my friends all the best on here up the blades hope to meet you all and meet chris wilder and players at the lane go on the kop again is my dream hope I can come down when I feel better in myself watch blades win in top league that would be special love you all love sufc for life in my heart lol from pasta man blades friend xxx chow grazie xxx

Serious question, do you really cook pasta as often as you say you do or that just a little joke? I like pasta (though I do prefer pizza) but I'm not sure I could eat it as often as you seem to.

hi ljblade yes m8 I cook everyday its a thing I love to do cheers for your post its positive I cook pasta for my mrs for 13yrs I let things get to me didn't feel right let things get to me dont like to be bullied my head hurt Wednesday but you all kept my spirits going thanks so much

hi thanks for this positive post good to that no one is bullying me or hates me lets just get on I just don't like swaring at me its cruel sorry about it I wont be posting on no other threads ill only posting on here I thank admins for my thread means alot feel crap in pain my head hurts just hope to see blades again is my goal lad I cant do short posts ive took negative towards me off the ignore list fellow blades should all get on no fall outs ive moved on I forgive you all that's me pasta man kind why because lifes to short not to get on because health is important in life to be nice and friendly and RESPECT fellow man I don't feel well but being upbeat reading these messages helps me get right I fight short posts no full stops I love cooking pasta and miss the kop id do anything and to watch sufc again im keeping positive I don't bare no grudges I made a mistake posting on threads now ive got my own thread I ,love the blades take care ADE akinbiyi from pasta man UTB

Pasta, Wilder has already stated he wants young hungry up and coming players who want the chance to play in the Prem. Everyone you mention (save for the odd one) are 30+ and on silly wages.
 
my suggestion good for his age its ryn freddericks great pacey young player i like but out of our price range hes player that will play for England hes quality his he 20 million .....price tag already Fulham will sell him m8
