It's OK as it is, certainly need at least another 2 though.

Striker and possibly another RCB who could also play RWB, because as good as Basham is I think we're probably starting to outgrow him now.

Also, it's pretty obvious the plan was for Jags to be cover there and not a starter.

Though our signings have been quite shrewd so far, I'd like us to aim for some more premier league experience for the last few signings.

I'm loving the options we've got going forward.

Think the back line should always remain, and I'd maybe get another utility CB but in front of it, could have our normal midfield 3 and with one of Freeman, Duffy (if that gets sorted), McG, Rav, Robinson as 10.

Or two 10s and a McBurnie(?) or McG who has shown he's a decent lone striker for RoI, Mousset who knows but if Wilder's bought him he must be decent and he's fucking starving hungry after being messed around at Bournemouth, Bill and Robinson look to be developing a good understanding too if we're playing two up top.

Could go with a deeper 3, maybe Norwood, Ravel and Osborn spraying balls, and have Robinson and Mousset for counterattacking pace.

Just need that big man now and we have those options that served us so well post JTW last season.

I'd like a striker and a quality wing back. I don't know if Osborn fits the bill out of simple ignorance. The signings so far are all very positive and my only worry is that I might be a little too optimistic.

Bryan could be the surprisepacket, one striker short(ongoing). Also important knowing we're probably very strong IF we should be relegated as a plan B. Most of our new signings would stay with us. So it's fingers crossed we can compete the Burnleys and Watfords 17th to 12th....thougest test for CW and AK ever....

Reckon we need a proper quality defensive midfielder fleck and norwood arent really DM's lundstram is but he aint good enough i know Caddette said we were after Kalvin phillips so its suprising we havent been linked with someone similar

Kean Bryan & John Lundstram aren't good enough, we need much better back up for those positions (particularly someone to compete with Norwood).

I'd still like to see a total upgrade on Basham in the first XI, think he may get exposed next season positionally.

We definitely need a striker with presence and a backup goalkeeper wouldn't go a miss either.

So for me, we need 4-5 more in, right the way down the spine.

If we want to get out of league one we need to improve on the likes of Basham, if we want to get out of the championship we need to improve on the likes of Basham .
As Pete Seeger sang " When will they ever learn , when will they ever learn".

Top song that. Never forgive him for letting those soft goals in though.

Think we have to be careful here, our strength so far has been in having a small tight squad and anyone who hasn't fitted in to it has been moved on to keep it that way
The best technical players don't always make the best squad.
It's a team game with guts...

Cant see us signing 12 new players in one window..

It's a team game with the best technical players who have guts
Teams with guts and no technical ability won't get you very far in the Prem. We've tried that option at least twice
Teams with technical ability and no guts won't get you anywhere either

I reckon Wilder's gonna pull the lot out the bag and sign McBurnie AND Maupay. Fuck it.

I had £50 with sky at 14.1 to finish with 50.points or more bet 365 is 16s top ten finish roughly 50.points was last season.
Apart from top six seven.teams think the prem is a bit hyped. People will. Underestimate us. Lets see what happens.. We have spent well. Needed to bring the age down as well. Reckon chrissy baby like points targets 50 it will.be. Im. Sure of that haters and pessimists eat their fucking words!

I remember last time we went up and I was surprised at the low quality of some of the opposition .teams just didn't seem up for it until it was do or die

I think he's signing McBurnie early next week and Reece James will be second loan, but clearly not while Jan. Absolutely no insider knowledge just a feeling.

I said the same about Bash when we were promoted to the Championship. Whilst I think you may be right, I wouldn’t bet against him storming the PL as well!
