You should be able to have it put on if you want one once the shop reopens. My brother took a blank shirt he got for Christmas in last season for the name and number treatment.

I got a message on thursday saying my son's kit had been despatched with 48 hour Royal mail delivery. As of now I've checked tracking number and status hasn't changed since Thursday

Nah mate. I've ordered and paid for 3. £138 total. I'm £138 down and received 1 shirt. And I rang them midweek to confirm my order.

Ahh logged into Royal Mail with same tracking number and apparently it's out for delivery on Monday. All good I suppose. Although you spend nearly 90 quid on a childs kit you'd expect free delivery and 6 quid is really taking the piss.
