apparantly the investigation started before the new chief exec came due to accusations of behaviour not becoming of a director whilst he was in Hong Kong as well as in Hungary.

I have been told there is video on You Tube where Ferencvaros fans have protested about Robinson and how the club is run and put up a banner describing in detail what TR did in his spare time.

He has been over there recently with the soccer Sixes tournament where we had a side and previously with Sheffield FC. I've heard various stories about him from a very reliable source who was there as well.

From what I understand,KM found out and took action .

If we were a premiership club,I wouldn't be surprised if one of the 'redtops' published the stories.

No, they know exactly who it is which I imagine is why the alleged identity has leaked out.
The privacy grounds are linked to the Max Moseley case with the News of the World, I think, in which he said his indulging of women of dubious character was his private business.
It opened the door for more powerful people to keep stuff out of the news on privacy grounds.

The Mosley case estabished that the publication of details about one's sexual exploits is a breach of one's convention right to privacy unless there is a public interest in the publication. "Public interest" is not the same as of "interest to the public". So if Mr R was paying for sex with prostitutes out of his own money, he would probably be protected by the Mosley case, if he was using his epmloyers' money, he wouldn't be.

Contrary to your view, Mosley doesn't generally protect the rich and powerful (they can generally look after themselves), but ordinary people with unusual sexual tastes, whose lives could previously have been casually destroyed by the gutter press and for the voyeurism of the public in general.
