Think that the shirts from that era tended to be worn for quite a while and were then used for training, so it could well have been worn in a match first. I have one from a similar time , but its the one with the white and red bits at the top of the shirt. Signed by the same players as far as I can make out. Mine is no.16 which i think means it was worn by one of the management team on match days.
