My sons want it to be purple but I feckin hate purple. Don’t know why, just hate it.

White, yellow, black and luminous green would be closely bunched together at the head of the betting based on the last 20 odd years.

Assuming it's one of those (which it's not forced to be, of course) I suppose we're most "due" a yellow.

It’s true I believe - bright kits help with peripheral vision. Especially lighter coloured socks. So if we go black, it should be teamed up with bright socks.

Wouldn't be that bad if it turned out like that. It's a bit plain though, I'd prefer the cuffs and collar be like the Arsenal home ones, maybe dark grey with the red trim, or red with a white/grey trim.

The away shirt should be something that can be worn as casual wear. I like red and white stripes for a football shirt but it’s a bit bright for casual wear. Black with red trim looks good. Failing that I’d go for white.

It's weird because we never used Black as a main colour for our away shirt until 2006/07. In the 13 seasons from then, we've used it 6 times. The only Black away kit i've liked was the one in 2016/17. And I think I liked that because we had success in it, not because i liked the kit.

I don't like Black away kits. Yellow or White for me.

EDIT - there's one missing. We wore black throughout the 2009/10 season too. Wore that much more than the white away kit.

We also had a Grey change shirt by Macron.

It's nowhere near as bad as I feared if it's that size and doesn't have a white box around it.

Black's always going to be popular and that's why we, along with a few teams have used it off and on ever since. Black shirt and Red Shorts always looks good - at least it does when I wear it.
