Guess the Away Kit Colour

Yes I'm bored...

Quick poll but what colour do we predict for the away kit when it eventually gets released? Vote above.

I'm going black as that seems to be a regular colour for us these days.

I think we should mix it up and have jockey style colours. Make players wear matching silk hats. Purple with yellow spots or white with a red flash and red white quartered hat.

It's weird because we never used Black as a main colour for our away shirt until 2006/07. In the 13 seasons from then, we've used it 6 times. The only Black away kit i've liked was the one in 2016/17. And I think I liked that because we had success in it, not because i liked the kit.

I don't like Black away kits. Yellow or White for me.



EDIT - there's one missing. We wore black throughout the 2009/10 season too. Wore that much more than the white away kit.

The pattern shows that we rarely repeat away colours.
So it’s unlikely to be fluorescent yellow again.
We’re due a yellow or black, so I’ve voted for yellow.

Grey/black Tiro 19 with a choice of trim colours. I'd prefer orange, but could be lime green again, or a sponsor tie in colour?

It’s true I believe - bright kits help with peripheral vision. Especially lighter coloured socks. So if we go black, it should be teamed up with bright socks.

Going back many a year,Peter Tina Shilton once wore an all white goalies kit v Liverpool,John Toshack scored by lobbing it over the advancing Shilton,Tosh did claim that he saw the white shirt in his peripheral vision,and that made his mind up what to do .Might be a load of ballhacks from Tosh,who knows.

I'm with you on the yellow or white with a preference of white.
I looked through that lot and there isn't a white one I don't like. Not sure about the black shorts with it though, too Fulhamish for me!

My sons want it to be purple but I feckin hate purple. Don’t know why, just hate it.

Otherwise I would like to see something like this kit again, one of the most unusual and underrated that we have had in recent years imo. Murphy can come back with it if he wants too.
