Charlton Lad, dont know much of him to be completely honest but the Blades Analytics guy describes him as the perfect midfielder. He's only 22 as well. Check his info graph out, looks like the exact type of player we'd go for.

I know a Charlton fan. They all rate him but reckon he's off to Arsenal, Man Utd or Spurs this summer. He's of the opinion he'd be better signing for someone like us to get the minutes playing, but you know what it's like with agents when the big boys start sniffing, football logic can do one.

He's on loan from Arsenal Fred and at 21 he might be available for a transfer because is he likely to get football at Arsenal having not broken through at 21? I've not seen him play but obviously, you have!

The number 4 is Krystian Bielik. Centre back who's played in midfield most of the time for Charlton. Has all the attributes for RCB and a lot of potential. I'd look into signing him permanently if he's available. And I'd imagine he will be.

Kind of half watched the game and half chatted to my mate but from what I saw he grew into the game. Biggest game of his life by far.

I think you’re half right. He’s not ready yet but I think he has a lot of potential and his ceiling is far above where he is now. All the physical attributes and natural abilities are there you can see it.

Wilder and Knill would do wonders for a player like that. They would have him first team ready in six months. Well worth a gamble at £2-3m I would say. High probability of becoming a PL player. For a young lad like that stepping into first team football and with the pressure of playing at Wembley in a big game. He impressed me.

Sadly with their promotion I think you can add another 60-70% to his valuation. That may make the gamble a bit too risky for the likes of us.
