After we've got so many things right on the pitch / with recruitment etc, one of the few things we need to improve is the service in the stands. We're going to be playing in the biggest league in the world and the service in the concourse is still league one. Untrained staff offering slow service, budget small screens, unclear messages today regarding allowing drinks in the stands messing people about...
Still, who really cares about that in the grand scheme of things? I'll take crap service and a Premier League football team!

Shambolic organisation. Joked beforehand about the Kell Brook service. Turned out it was similarly amateurish. Great atmosphere second half in the concourse.
