From Wilder's interview last night, it is clear that he understands where the pessimism comes from - our history. At half-time I was properly pissed off. I was freezing cold, a striker with a controversial life off the field looked like he could be costing us promotion (familiar?), and our defending for a few minutes had been reminiscent of the last 10 minutes at Villa. In particular, the repeated allowing of 2 on 1 at corners was pretty awful, and we only survived because their finishing was woeful. The mood on the Kop reflected that. It looked like the moment it all went wrong, something we have experienced many times before. But half-time, things were sorted, and Wilder/Knill showed us once again that things might just be different under their regime. And I think Wilder understands where we are coming from. The only thing that makes me question whether he is a true Blade is his lack of pessimism!

FFS the weather was horrific, nearly as bad as Saturday. If some fans can keep nice and warm and watch it live on TV in those conditions then that's okay by me. Compared Pig home crowds at this time of season Feb-March when they got to Wembley Play offs 2015/16.
PNE - 19000
Brentford - 20000
QPR - 19000
Blackburn - 21000
Ipswich - 25000
Cardiff - 31000 ( final game ).

Seasons average 22000.
This was the season Tunaman had pumped in millions.

So Mr Pigofgrass, get some facts before spouting crap.

Don't know why some of the Porkies on here don't stick to their own forums.

There will be more than 24k against Ipswich if a win sends us up so why not come now and try and help get us over the line . And why if anyone mentions the pigs or goes against there words there automatically a pig , doesnt look like i am in my profile pic you bell end

Was on about attendances on Saturday and that United no longer seem to provide many incentives - bring a mate for a fiver etc.

As a season ticket holder, I wouldn't begrudge the club making all the games from now until the end of the season a tenner for an adult, to ensure its packed out every game. We probably won't get as good chance to be promoted in a long time and should try and pull out all the stops.

It’s moments like these that make me thankful for the fact we ditched all goal music.
