4000 Blades on Monday

There were loads of empty seats on the upper tier, to the right hand side of the centre, just over half way up, does anyone know why this was?

Been told by a wednesday fan they dont sell ALL the top tier due to restricted views with the posts in the way on either side, i was stood in that right hand side just above the empty section bang on the 18yd line and one post covered half of the kop end net!

If that’s the case Danny then they’d be the 1000 seats not been sold so it doesn’t answer the question I posed earlier? There must’ve been atleast 100 seats spare.

Thats what i thought when he told me.. they also have restricted views on their own kop they dont sell. Someone wanted to get a s/ticket next to his but it was a 'restricted view' seat, had to go through stadium managers and all sorts like signing to say he agreed to sit there etc before has was even allowed to buy one! Terrible ground!
