Taylor and Williams

Thought those two for Rotherham were superb and gave both our fullbacks a torrid time yesterday. Taylor was their best player but I think Williams would fit in our system in the Duffy role and has a lot of similar attributes. Whenever we take Duffy off we lose all our steam and often tend to concede as we can’t keep the ball up the other end as well.

We need a similar player to him to bring off the bench and give him real competition without changing the shape and dynamic of the team and these two could fill that void. I was really impressed.

Either worth a purchase in January for me. I remember Williams being tipped for big things when he was younger and Taylor has taken a different route from the lower leagues.

I must be missing something ,what exactly did they do ?

I didn't think any of their team looked adequate enough footballers to come into our side and play some proper football .that's why their manager gets them to play like John Becks Cambridge United in the 90's and they were dinosaurs then

We made them look good. If we plan on playing like that again this season any opposition would look like world beaters against us.

Why?

We always covet the players of teams that have got a good result against us. The only thing going for them would be that they'd be much cheaper and younger than some of the other names that have been mentioned. I wouldn't say "let's sign someone" based on 1 game against us in arguably their biggest game of the season.

I watched them against Leeds and Stoke, Williams is a very good player. Taylor I know less about.

Fair enough. I thought the dumpy one played well against a terrible Freeman, but he’s a winger and we don’t use them.

The writing was on the wall, even before we scored a brilliant goal, those two wing players were making us look below average, what occurred after just went on to prove it. Their defenders were Fukin Neanderthal bullies, but those two embarrassed our woeful defence.

Taylor, Exactly hes an out and out winger. Pace to burn but we don’t use them.

But the same argument for that is that Duffy was a winger before we signed him...
