I'd send him back now, not good enough to wear the shirt.

We’re paying for him till January 1st whatever happens, and have a whole host of fixtures before then including the busy Christmas period, and you’d send him back now? Not really sure why we would want to reduce the squad options just for the sake of it – sending him back now might benefit him, but there’s no benefit to us while we can’t reinvest the wages elsewhere.

Perhaps you're mixing in the wrong circles? ;)

Every so often I meet with individuals off the forum and have an entertaining few hours. Sometimes it's about finding that mix of qualities that make you realise there's light at the end of the tunnel.

He is, or rather, he isn't, he will soon cheer up when he bumps into me in his local, sometime, or our other local, should we ever get it re-opened!

So bring back Ched.

Think yourselves lucky.
I cry incessantly then go and shit all over the house.

That might be my Christmas Day if the invite to Ms Crab's parents falls through...….

If Woodburn isn't near the squad then best he goes back and potentially goes elsewhere, for both our squad options and his development. There's a player in there but he's just not cut it here so far. No resentment from me.

He's talking about it now as a possibility, to start to the float the idea. I'd say it's an almost certainty already.

Probably Woodburn needs toughening up in League 1or 2, definitely not Championship level, if he was from Brighton or Bournemouth instead of Liverpool he would be know we're near the Welsh squad.

If the rumours are true, he's probably better in a place with less bars/pubs.

What do you propose he does until January 1st? Sub in for Gary Sinclair on the tannoy? Help behind the tills in the club shop on match days? Help Wilder man the phones in the manager’s office during the week?

Same thing as Woodburn, sit in the stands and watch....... bit obvious that wasn't it!

So you’re in all serious sticking to the suggestion that we send Woodburn back immediately, and get Evans back immediately to “sit in the stands”? Not only is that self-defeating for the next 5 weeks in eliminating a player eligible to play from contention, but the club would almost certainly be hauled before the FA and EFL for bringing back a player that Fleetwood contractually has till January. Great plan.

I think he’s just struggling to displace a little ginger chap

The curious case of Ben Woodburn eh? Some say he's low on confidence. Some say he's a Billy Big Bollox. Some say he gets nervous playing in front of big crowds. Some say he needs to toughen up a bit. There's one thing for certain, you can always rely on folks who have no idea at all why it's not working out, to suggest a variety of reasons. If he was married I'm sure we'd have had the "wife can't settle" one as well. Or, "has had a bust-up in training".

All I know is all I see when I've watched him play. He loses the ball too easily - which...when you are playing in a side who's game is a "possession" game, doesn't go down too well. He also doesn't seem to work hard enough to win the ball back in such situations. Apart from that I don't know of any other reason why he's not played much - and I don't think there is one. This in itself is enough.

Or shitting at random times in parts of your house and crying at other random times?

Crying randomly, having taken a shit in random parts of random (ie other people’s) houses?

If that’s what he’s up to, it’s no wonder Wilder wants to send Woodburn back to Liverpool.

I wouldn't do anything, as I'm not the gaffer, and whether or not Woodburn is eligible to play, he's simply not good enough, plus, we have Washington and Johnson, and also one of Sharp, Clarke and Mcgoldrick, so that position is pretty well catered for, hence Woodburn not even making the bench, or did you not notice that??
So whether he's eligible or not, if he's not good enough to make the bench, what's the point of him being here???, the point I was making, is that we have plenty of players on alot less money, chat can just as easily not make the bench, and still be able to play if required, therefore making Woodburn a complete waste of time and money..........anythingelse??
