Even though they reckoned he was 2 weeks away? What does surprise me is that they’ve announced it the day before the game so I’m callling bullshit. :D

The tweet won't load as I'm on the work's computer, but I'm assuming that FF is magically fit again and able to play tomorrow?

Even if its true, we shouldn't see this as something to worry about. Provided we're at our best tomorrow night we shouldn't fear any opposition. Just play our game and we'll be fine.

I'd be surprised. Same that I find it strange that Wilder went out of his way to say Duffy would be fit when he usually keeps his cards close...

One if not both probably on the bench. Not too concerned though.

Just don't jump in, that cunt will go down at any opportunity.

He's fucking useless anyway the cheating cunt.

They could pull Kun Aguero in and it wouldn’t make a flying fuck of difference.

They create very little and leak goals like a collender.

In the past 5 games they've had 66 shots in total with 20 on target. In our last 5 games we've had 69 shots in total with 17 on target. I've seen the highlights from their last few games and they do seem to miss a decent chance or two every game. I don't think creating chances is their problem, it's at the other end of the pitch where they've got serious problems, like you say.

Is this the racist diver they dropped to the bench when they went on their best run of the year?

Terrified

Shooting from 50 yards out might help with “shots” off stats, but a closer examination of the now “industry standard” xg stats paints a very different picture !!

I half hope the Forest fairy starts, as they haven’t won a game when he has started. Driving bastard of a cheat that he is.

ERRRRRRRR NERRRRRRRRRRR

They will be on the bench at best....if the weather forecast is correct they will go with the industrial hoof attack of Nuhiu & Fletcher...

He might get a shock when he spends most of the match back in his own half defending.

Other than that, Bash will have him on toast

They can play as many half fit players as they like for me. Fernando has a red card written all over him if wound up nicely.

As much as a surprise as

17/11/91 Brian Deane returning from an 8 week lay off with glandular fever hits United's 2nd to finish off Wednesday in the match they were going to win 10 nil !!

According to the Stir, him and Mattias (sp?) are still injured.

It matters not if FF is fit to play or not. Bringing back in 5 or 6 FF type players would make a difference, but they haven't got that benefit.

All we have to do is play our A team and bring our A game to the desso.

In football, form generally counts - what makes it count is how a team is prepared and then goes out and performs.

If CW prepares us well, just like at swillsboro last season then we'll be ok. The return match at BDTBL was when we were in 2nd half of season turmoil and we were just never at the races that day, and to be fair the only winners that day was the team with 10.

We need to turn up in a positive way, get on the front foot straight away and just apply the pressure we can and play the way we can. If we do all of those there is ONLY one winner. We know it, the pigs know it (just go and read the "view from" post)

The fact that these two aren't injured doesn't surprise me in the slightest.

The fact that he's prepared to consider them does.

It might signify that, knowing he's now playing for his job, Jos is finally prepared to change his approach.

This total football at the back is the main reason why the club leaks goals and creates very little.

As dismal Doom Howson remarked, Wednesday aren't Man City...

Is he going to clear his lines now and hit it long to bypass United's midfield and get it to the forwards?

The Blades need to push Baz Bannan back as far as possible.

I think Forestieri is a very talented footballer - and a cheating, irritating get as well. He would never get in our team because he wouldn't have the right morals for a start.

I always hope that the opposition will be at full strength when we play them - especially in derby games. Because then there's no excuse is there? There's none of this, "ah but you wouldn't have done that to us if we'd had x playing". Let him play for heaven's sake. Get him on the pitch. He'll probably score them a goal or two, or win them a penalty, but he'll also probably get sent off an' all. :)

As for Matias - he's another one of them expensive foreign flops that they splashed out on isn't he? Gerrim on an' all.

Let's see how their best "available" 11 cope with ours.
