However given Bash is also the company secretary and legal advisor, he's drawn up his own contract and I understand he's sneaked a few bonus clauses in there. He'll sign once he's back from Rymans with the new stationary order as they've run out of pens.
 
I do enjoy the pantomime of contract negotiations, but Bash is a vital player in a team that’s top of the championship and he’s getting a game every week. This despite him being of limited skill, but proving very effective in our crazy formation. He must be loving it and he deserves to be.

Like there’s a chance he’s not going to sign.

Just another thought, are Sheffield United the only club on the planet that can have a talisman player who's worth less than my socks
Same with Bob Booker, vital to us but worth nothing

Outstanding player. His lankiness belies his talent a bit I think. He looks ungainly but he's got decent feet, a bit of pace, solid defenxer and a good attacking mind.

But he's not going to be worth ten million like you'd imagine an important player for a team top of the Championship would be
 
you couldn't really dislike Basham when he was a centre point of our mid table league 1 side.

as a centre point of our table topping championship side, he;s very easy to love.

the work for our 1st on Saturday was brilliant. Paul Mariner used to claim goals like that
